"Great work is built together."
About
Strategy, craft, and people.
I'm a results-driven design leader and strategist based in Brooklyn, NY. As VP of UX Design at JPMorganChase, I lead cross-functional teams delivering data-rich experiences for small businesses at scale, pairing sharp design instincts with evidence-based decision making.
I hold a BFA in Graphic Design from Massachusetts College of Art and Design and have built my career across in-house, agency, and enterprise environments spanning finance, healthcare, education, and technology. I'm driven by curiosity, accountability, and a genuine love for people-centered design that moves the needle.
When I'm not whiteboarding or pushing pixels, you can find me learning how to play guitar, devouring library books, wandering through Brooklyn, or watching horror movies with friends.
What I Bring
Design Leadership
I build and scale high-performing design teams: hiring, mentoring, and creating the psychological safety that allows great work to happen. I've grown teams through 150% organizational expansion without sacrificing quality or velocity.
UX Strategy
I connect user needs to business goals, working across product, engineering, and research to define a north star and the path to get there. My decisions are evidence-based, scalable, and rooted in genuine human empathy.
Systems Thinking
I create extensible UX patterns and design systems that reduce friction across product lines. My systems work has reduced design-to-dev friction by 30% and supported consistent experiences across 500K+ users.
Cross-Functional Partnership
I speak the language of product, engineering, and the C-suite. I align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision through workshops, clear communication, and the trust built over years of consistent delivery.
Research & Validation
I've led contextual inquiry, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and competitive analysis across healthcare, finance, and enterprise SaaS. I design from data, then validate with real humans.
Inclusion & Advocacy
Diversity and psychological safety aren't checkboxes. They're conditions that produce exceptional work. I champion neurodiversity, equity, and belonging as a speaker, mentor, and day-to-day leader.

Leadership Philosophy
Great design leadership means creating the conditions for others to do their best work, then getting out of the way.
I lead with empathy, accountability, and a deep commitment to craft. The best design outcomes emerge at the intersection of psychological safety and high standards, where teams feel trusted enough to take creative risks, and supported enough to deliver.
People First
I hire for curiosity and character, mentor for growth, and build teams where every voice belongs in the room.
Evidence Over Opinion
Decisions earn their place through research, data, and testing, not seniority or gut feeling alone.
Systems Mindset
Good design scales. I invest in patterns, documentation, and shared vocabulary that multiplies team impact.
Radical Clarity
Ambiguity is the enemy of great execution. I align teams early, communicate relentlessly, and name hard things.
